Instructions
- Season the chicken and potatoes by combining them in a bowl with olive oil, garlic, herbs, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until well-coated.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat or preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Cook the seasoned chicken and potatoes until golden brown and tender, about 20–25 minutes.
- Add sliced bell peppers and continue cooking for an additional 5–7 minutes until softened.
- Serve on a plate with steamed rice and garnish with fresh chives.
