Ingredients
- 2 pounds lean steak (sirloin or New York strip, cut into 1 inch pieces)
- 1 large red onion (cut into 1 inch pieces)
- 1 red bell pepper (cut into 1 inch pieces)
- 1 green bell pepper (cut into 1 inch pieces)
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl or resealable bag, combine soy sauce, lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, black pepper, salt, and onion powder.
- Add beef pieces to the marinade; refrigerate for at least 1 hour (up to 24 hours for best flavor).
- Season red onion and bell peppers with salt and pepper.
- Assemble skewers by threading marinated beef, onions, and peppers.
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat; grill kabobs for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through.
- Serve immediately.
