Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder.
- Cut chilled butter into the flour mixture until crumbly.
- Gradually add buttermilk; knead slightly until dough comes together.
- Pat dough to about an inch thick and cut out biscuits.
- Bake for 9-10 minutes until golden; let cool.
- Combine strawberries with sugar and lemon juice; set aside.
- Whip cold cream until soft peaks form; add powdered sugar and vanilla.
- Assemble by slicing biscuits in half, layering with whipped cream and strawberries.
