- 3 eggs

- 1 large orange (washed and cut into pieces)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Mix in the softened butter and Greek yogurt until combined.
- Gradually add the flour and baking powder, mixing until just incorporated.
- Fold in the chopped orange pieces (including rind) and orange juice.
- Pour the batter into a greased 9-inch round baking pan.
- Bake for about 55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
