Ingredients

- 1 bunch of celery
- ⅓ cup walnuts (lightly toasted)
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill weed (roughly chopped)
- 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard (or Dijon mustard)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash the celery stalks and pat dry. Slice at an angle into pieces about 5cm thick and place in a mixing bowl.
- Add chopped dill to the bowl with the sliced celery.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, and mustard. Season with salt and pepper.
- Drizzle the dressing over the celery mixture and toss until evenly coated.
- Gently fold in toasted walnuts.
- Serve immediately or chill briefly for added refreshment.
