Instructions
- Gather all ingredients. Cube the watermelon and chop the cucumber into bite-sized pieces. Crumble or cube the feta cheese.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the watermelon, cucumber, feta cheese, and mint leaves.
- Zest and juice the lime over the mixture. Season with sea salt flakes and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
- Gently toss everything together until well combined without mashing the ingredients.
