Ingredients
- 14 oz extra firm tofu
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- ¾ cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili flakes
Instructions
- Drain tofu and pat dry to remove excess moisture. Cut into large cubes or strips.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and add olive oil and sesame oil.
- Place tofu in the pan and cook until golden brown on each side.
- Pour in BBQ sauce and light soy sauce once tofu is cooked. Stir gently for about 1 minute, adding chili flakes for extra spice if desired.
- Serve immediately with rice or your choice of sides.
