Ingredients
- 32 oz frozen meatballs
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, garlic, ginger, and rice vinegar until combined.
- Place frozen meatballs in the slow cooker and pour the teriyaki sauce over them. Stir to coat evenly.
- Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours or on high for 2–3 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, mix cornstarch with water to create a slurry and add it to the slow cooker to thicken the sauce.
- Once cooked, garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
