  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, garlic, ginger, and rice vinegar until combined.
  2. Place frozen meatballs in the slow cooker and pour the teriyaki sauce over them. Stir to coat evenly.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours or on high for 2–3 hours.
  4. About 30 minutes before serving, mix cornstarch with water to create a slurry and add it to the slow cooker to thicken the sauce.
