- 1 Chipotle pepper
- 2 teaspoons Adobo sauce
- 1/4 cup Cilantro
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 large rings pineapple
- 8 slider buns
- Chipotle Mayonnaise
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, minced chipotle pepper, adobo sauce, chopped cilantro, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Shape the mixture into 8 equal patties.
- Grill pineapple rings for 2-3 minutes on each side until marked and caramelized; cut into quarters.
- Grill the patties for about 5 minutes per side or until cooked through.
- Toast slider buns until lightly browned.
- Assemble sliders by placing a patty on each bun bottom, topping with grilled pineapple and chipotle mayo before adding the top bun.
