  • 1 Chipotle pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Adobo sauce
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 large rings pineapple
  • 8 slider buns
  • Chipotle Mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, minced chipotle pepper, adobo sauce, chopped cilantro, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Shape the mixture into 8 equal patties.
  4. Grill pineapple rings for 2-3 minutes on each side until marked and caramelized; cut into quarters.
  5. Grill the patties for about 5 minutes per side or until cooked through.
  6. Toast slider buns until lightly browned.
  7. Assemble sliders by placing a patty on each bun bottom, topping with grilled pineapple and chipotle mayo before adding the top bun.
