Ingredients
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley or cilantro (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons chives (fresh, chopped)
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- Sea or kosher salt & black pepper to taste
- 2–4 teaspoons New Mexico Red Chile Powder
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and sour cream until smooth.
- Gradually stir in buttermilk until desired consistency is reached.
- Add minced garlic, white vinegar, parsley or cilantro, chives, dill, salt, and pepper; mix well.
- Incorporate New Mexico Red Chile Powder to taste for spiciness.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving to enhance flavors.
