- 1 Pillsbury thin pizza crust
- 1 quart strawberries (quartered)
- 4 oz goat cheese
- 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup fresh basil (chiffonade)
- Balsamic reduction
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F with the pizza stone or baking sheet inside.
- Roll out the pizza crust on a floured surface and place it on the hot stone after spraying it lightly with non-stick spray. Bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove the crust and layer quartered strawberries, crumbled goat cheese, and shredded parmesan on top. Return to the oven for another 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Drizzle with balsamic reduction and sprinkle chiffonade basil before serving immediately.
