- 5 medium strawberries

Instructions
- Allow the cream cheese or coconut cream to come to room temperature for easy blending.
- Remove stems from strawberries and blend until pureed.
- Combine the pureed strawberries with yogurt, powdered sugar, and vanilla bean paste in a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least one hour to set.
