Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, and baking powder. Cut in unsalted butter until crumbly.
- Press half of the mixture into the prepared pan to form the base.
- In another bowl, mix sliced strawberries with granulated sugar and lemon juice; spread over the base.
- Sprinkle remaining streusel mixture over the strawberry layer.
- Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown on top.
- Allow to cool completely before slicing into squares and dust with powdered sugar.
