Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and press or roll the cookie dough into a large rectangle.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown; cool completely.
- Beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Wash and slice strawberries.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled cookie base and decorate with strawberries and blueberries in a flag pattern.
- Pipe whipped topping stripes across the fruit design.
- Chill before serving.
