- 2 pounds ground beef (85% lean)
- 1 ounce taco seasoning
- ½ cup thick and chunky salsa
- 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
- ½ cup guacamole
- ⅔ cup pico de gallo
- 8 hamburger buns
- 8 leaves of lettuce
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat (around 350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, taco seasoning, salsa, and shredded cheese. Mix well until evenly combined.
- Shape the mixture into 6-8 patties based on your preferred thickness.
- Grill the patties for approximately 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F.
- Toast the insides of the hamburger buns on the grill until golden brown.
- Assemble each burger starting with a toasted bun, followed by lettuce, a patty, guacamole, and pico de gallo before topping it off with another bun.
