Ingredients
- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 8 oz brie cheese, rind removed and cut into cubes
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary, leaves stripped
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Flaky sea salt, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick and cut into 3×3 inch squares.
- Place one cube of brie in the center of each square and drizzle with a mixture of honey, red pepper flakes, and rosemary.
- Fold the corners of the pastry over the cheese and pinch to seal.
- Brush each bite with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Sprinkle lightly with flaky sea salt before serving warm.
