- 3 Maraschino Cherries (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine Instant Pistachio Pudding Mix and Canned Crushed Pineapple (with juice). Mix until smooth.
- Gently fold in Cool Whip to maintain fluffiness.
- Stir in Mini Vegan Marshmallows and Chopped Pecans or Walnuts (reserve some nuts for garnish).
- Transfer to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 60 minutes.
- Before serving, top with reserved nuts and Maraschino Cherries if desired.
