- 4 cups watermelon, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 ½ cups feta cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
- ½ cup fresh mint leaves (optional)
- 3 tablespoons balsamic glaze (optional)
- Sea salt, to taste
- Skewers (bamboo or metal)
Instructions
- Cut the watermelon and feta cheese into uniform 1-inch cubes for even assembly.
- Thread one cube of watermelon onto a skewer, followed by a cube of feta cheese. If desired, add a mint leaf and continue alternating until skewer is filled (aim for 3–4 sets per skewer).
- Repeat with remaining ingredients until all skewers are assembled.
- For extra refreshment, chill the assembled skewers in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and sprinkle sea salt before serving.
