Ingredients
- 1/2 Medium Seedless Watermelon
- 8 oz Feta Cheese
- 1 bunch Fresh Basil Leaves
- 1 bunch Fresh Mint Leaves
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- Juice of 2–3 Limes
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 15-20 minutes to prevent splintering.
- Cut the watermelon into 1-inch cubes and cube the feta cheese similarly.
- Wash and dry the basil and mint leaves gently.
- Assemble the skewers by alternating pieces of watermelon, basil leaves, feta cubes, and mint leaves.
- Arrange the skewers on a serving platter. Drizzle with olive oil and lime juice; sprinkle with salt and pepper before serving.
