Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 2 tablespoons freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon coriander
- 1 tablespoon dried dill
- 1/2 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 4 boneless beef chops
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon steak seasoning
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine all steak seasoning ingredients.
- Pat the beef chops dry and generously season both sides with the steak seasoning.
- Mix the marinade by combining olive oil, soy sauce, and remaining steak seasoning in another bowl.
- Place seasoned beef chops in a zip-lock bag and pour marinade over them. Seal and refrigerate for at least 3 hours (up to 8 hours).
- Preheat grill to medium heat; grill chops for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through.
- Let rest for 5-7 minutes before serving.
