  • 2 tablespoons freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon coriander
  • 1 tablespoon dried dill
  • 1/2 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 4 boneless beef chops
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon steak seasoning

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine all steak seasoning ingredients.
  2. Pat the beef chops dry and generously season both sides with the steak seasoning.
  3. Mix the marinade by combining olive oil, soy sauce, and remaining steak seasoning in another bowl.
  4. Place seasoned beef chops in a zip-lock bag and pour marinade over them. Seal and refrigerate for at least 3 hours (up to 8 hours).
  5. Preheat grill to medium heat; grill chops for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through.
  6. Let rest for 5-7 minutes before serving.
