  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 teaspoons chipotle chili pepper seasoning
  • 2 cups barbecue sauce
  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce (or alternative)
  • Soda (for moisture)

Instructions

  1. Mix seasoning ingredients (onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, paprika, and chipotle seasoning) in a small bowl.
  2. Cut ribs in half and rub seasoning mix over both sides.
